CallON is operated by CallON LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("CallON," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using CallON ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

CallON is a platform for connection only. We are not an employer, employment agency, or staffing service. We do not employ, supervise, or control the work performed by any user. Any arrangement between users is solely between those users.

You retain ownership of content you post on CallON, including your profile information, job posts, messages, reviews, place recommendations, endorsements, and emoji reactions. By posting content, you grant CallON a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service (for example, showing your profile to other users or delivering your messages).
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or verify user-generated content. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend any user's account for any reason, without explanation.
CallON facilitates connections between users but is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or transaction between users. You acknowledge that:
CallON does not facilitate, process, or handle payments between users. Any compensation arrangements are made independently between users and are outside the scope of the Service. CallON is not responsible for payment disputes.
Users may leave reviews after completing jobs. Reviews should be honest and based on genuine experience. You may not post reviews that are fraudulent, retaliatory, or intended to manipulate another user's reputation. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.
Members may recommend local places and endorse or agree with recommendations made by other members. Recommendations are user-generated and are not verified, endorsed, or reviewed by CallON. You rely on recommendations at your own risk. CallON is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any recommended place, service, or provider.
The CallON name, logo, design, underlying software, and contents of the app and website are the property of CallON, its licensors, or other providers of such materials, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will CallON, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the website, any websites linked to it, any content on the website or such other websites or applications, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CallON, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to your user contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
You may stop using CallON at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
At CallON's sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Texas law.
The Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and CallON regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
